I am proficient in managing executive's complex dynamic calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with precision and attention to detail. Different colors codes are used to categorize different task natures and priorities. Travel time and time buffer are planned to tackle unforeseen situations. Also, reminders are carefully used to help my executive to stay focus and be productive.

Organizational and Time Management

I always keep in close touch with my executive for an up-to-date task list, with the priority and deadline of each task. And I manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, ensure deadlines are met and operations run seamlessly. Specific time blocks are used for executive to distinguish different types of activities such as meetings, focused work, and breaks. This helps in managing their time more effectively and avoiding overcommitment.

My extensive experience in hospitality working with CEO and general managers foster my ability in travel planning and co-ordination. I skillfully manage the logistics, expenses, safety, and efficiency of global travel arrangements. This has ensured my executives can focus on their works and enjoy a stress-free travel experience.

I built strong direct clients and trade partner relationships throughout my roles as sales manager in luxury hotels.  In addition, I foster meaningful relationships with key stakeholders by facilitating effective communication and collaboration for my executive.
